Apply for Trade Access

Email us with your practice name and details. Trade access is approved typically within 24 hours.

Brief Your Account Manager

Share the project — space photos, palette, concept boards, FF&E schedule, and the handover date.

Receive a Creative Proposal

We come back with a detailed creative and commercial proposal, including digital visualisations in your rendered spaces.

Approve & We Produce

Once approved, production begins. You receive progress photography at agreed milestones. No surprises at delivery.

Delivery & Installation

We deliver and install, coordinate with your site team, and hand over all documentation. Done.

Common Questions

Is there a minimum order value or volume requirement?
No minimum. Trade membership is open to any design professional who works with clients on art specification — whether that's one project a year or twenty. There's no commitment required to join.
How is trade pricing structured?
Trade pricing is applied as a percentage discount off our standard commission rates. The exact rate depends on commission type, volume, and ongoing relationship — your account manager will discuss this with you during onboarding. It's commercial and fair.
Can I present Blenc Art work to clients under my practice's name?
Completely. Many of our trade partners present our art as part of their integrated design service. We can provide all materials — proposals, visuals, documentation — formatted for your practice if needed, without Blenc Art branding. Just let your account manager know.
What if my client wants changes during production?
We build designated review points into every production programme. Within those review windows, changes are managed without additional cost. Changes requested outside those windows — or after final approval — are assessed on a case-by-case basis and priced transparently.
Do you work with international design practices on UAE projects?
Yes. We work with practices based anywhere in the world, provided the project itself is in the UAE or GCC. Remote briefing, digital visualisations, and clear documentation make this straightforward. Several of our regular trade partners are based in Europe and work on UAE hospitality projects.
